“Very informative and clear instruction with practical tools you can use in emergency situations.
Instructor was great giving us direction and answering questions. I loved the format of the presentation and the opportunities to ask questions and take notes. I learned so much and appreciated the packets and notes I took so that I could study on my own. The use of acronyms and mnemonic devices made the steps easy to learn, practice and remember. I am confident I am qualified and equipped to handle an emergency situation.” - Nanette
